Nashae Henry serves as Senior Executive Assistant, supporting Heather Tookes, Vice Provost for Faculty and Academic Affairs; Gary Desir, Vice Provost for Faculty Development; Karen Anderson, Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs; and Lakia Scott, Assistant Provost for Faculty Development. In this role, she provides high-level executive and administrative support to advance priorities related to faculty development and academic affairs, managing operations, communications, and complex calendaring.
Nashae joined Yale School of Nursing in 2022 as a Financial Aid Specialist before being promoted to Senior Administrative Assistant to the Executive Deputy Dean. During a leadership transition, she also served as Interim Senior Executive Assistant to the Dean for one year. Prior to Yale, she was a Senior Executive Assistant in the supply chain department at Stamford Hospital.
Nashae earned an associate degree in Healthcare Administration from Berkeley College and is completing her Bachelor of Health Administration at California Coast University, with an expected graduation date of December 2026.
