Lisa Grivalsky

Faculty Standards & Academic Affairs Administrator

Lisa Grivalsky is the Faculty Standards & Academic Affairs Administrator in the Office of the Provost. In this role, Lisa is responsible for tracking of the faculty standards of conduct, policies, and processes and identifying systemic trends, thematic analyses, and actionable outcomes. She is responsible for responding to all inquiries pertaining to academic integrity and faculty conduct policies and procedures. Lisa also handles various university-wide projects and initiatives related to faculty affairs, standards, and academic integrity.

Since 2014, Lisa has enjoyed a fulfilling career at Yale working previously in the Department of Pediatrics, in the Faculty of Art & Sciences (FAS) Dean’s Office, and in the Integrated Business Office (IBO) for the Departments of Psychiatry, Pediatrics & the Child Study Center. Throughout her career, Lisa’s responsibilities have been to manage the faculty life-cycle, which includes overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes; recruitment; managing leave of absence policies; and faculty appointments and promotions processes.

Lisa received both her undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Connecticut. Outside of the office, she loves watching her three sons compete in their various sports activities, reading a good mystery novel, and traveling with friends and family.
