Lindsay Guarino serves as Senior Executive Assistant to the Provost and Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives.
Since joining Yale in 2012, she has provided high-level executive support to advance operations and priorities in the Office of the Provost and across Yale. She works closely with administrative colleagues across the institution—in each school and unit—to facilitate projects and priorities on behalf of university leaders.
In her role, Lindsay supports senior leadership through complex calendar management, strategic meeting coordination, and the planning of high-profile events and visits. She is also engaged in cross-campus process improvement initiatives, partnering with colleagues to modernize tools and workflows that strengthen administrative operations and committee management.
Lindsay earned her degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University in 2003.
