Grace Young joined the Office of the Provost in March 2024, after serving as the Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs for the School of Engineering & Applied Science. Grace has over ten years of experience in faculty administration, including managing faculty appointments, reappointments, promotions, searches, leaves and onboarding. Prior to joining Yale, Grace spent seven years working for the Dean of the Faculty Office at Brown University. Grace has a BA in Sociology and Communications & Media Studies from Fordham University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, Grace enjoys baking, going to the beach and spending time with family.
