Chris joined the Provost’s Office in September 2019 as Associate Provost for Science Initiatives. Prior to that, Chris served as the West Campus Director of Research Operations and Technology. Since 2011, he has played a key role there in developing the research infrastructure of the campus, modernizing the laboratory spaces, establishing core resources, and transforming the campus from the earliest stages to the vibrant community it is today.
He joined Yale in 2002 as part of the Department of Chemistry and continues to serve on a number of related boards and governance organizations. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Lafayette College and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
