Audrey Hom serves as Associate Director, Financial Analysis.
As the strategic business partner to the Vice Provost for Research team, she develops multiple analyses to support the university’s science priorities. Audrey also facilitates annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for a variety of groups in the Office of the Provost, and she leads the administration and financial oversight of several university compensation programs. These include the Science Development Fund (SDF) and Summer Compensation.
Additionally, Audrey manages several university-wide programs within the Office of the Provost, including 9-over-9, phased retirement, and Seed Awards, while providing support and guidance to groups across the university on their implementation.
Audrey began her career at Yale in the Yale Shared Services Accounts payable team. Before joining the Office of the Provost, she held several roles in the Controller’s Office, including positions in General Accounting and Financial Reporting. Additionally, Audrey has prepared multiple standalone financial statements and audits, including the university Interim and Annual audit, Sheffield Scientific School, The Gruber Foundation, the NCAA Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) report, and Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises (WFOE).
Audrey holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Audrey joined Yale in 2016.
